11) Review and implement structured professional planning tools including regulatory bodies at all levels of operation via email, and trade publications.

12) Discuss with one co-worker the information that I reviewed for the day. Finding agreement and significance if possible.

13) Review daily task to see what is gained, or needs improvement.

14) Create a gratitude list via voice or written about what was listened too, learned and left behind.
